Savory Bay Spice Blend

Yes...Savory Bay has a connection to 'that other' Seafood spice... but this fresh tasting spice has it's own flavor profile!  With top notes of Organic Lemon and Organic Dill, the flavors are rounded out with 'seafood friendly' Herbs, Spices and a little Sea Salt.  This citrus-y, herbaceous flavor pairs well with all Fish, Shellfish and Crustaceans..but it can be just as complementary to Poultry as well!   Use lightly as a 'rub' for salmon fillets, Fry batter for Calamari, or jazzing up Tuna Casserole!!
